Violin Fest

Award-winning violinist Anne Akiko Meyers, teams up with Santa Barbara Symphony Concertmaster Jessica Guideri for a program of violin treasures, including Vivaldi’s arresting Double Violin Concerto. Ms. Meyers will also be featured in Barber’s lyrical Violin Concerto. The season ends in dramatic fashion with Scheherazade, Rimsky-Korsakov’s magnificent romantic suite based on the tales of One Thousand and One Nights.
