Sound Meditation

This session includes the healing vibrations of sound, breathwork, and meditation. By being an active listener, you will anchor the mind to the present moment and calm the body.


Bring a mat, eye mask, and anything that will help support your listening and be as comfy as possible.   The room will be a comfortable temperature, not heated.
