Are you a yogi, runner or athlete looking to learn new techniques that can be used to keep your hips healthy in your active lifestyle? This is it! Join Christina Klein for this interactive workshop. Many postures in yoga require hip mobility including the warrior poses, half pigeon, happy baby, eagle pose and half moon just to name a few. Learn how to improve your overall hip mobility which will transfer to being able to access each of these poses better and move better in all you do! This class will include simple and effective self-myofascial release techniques with yoga tune up balls that intend to erase pain, improve mobility and prevent injuries. This class will teach you how to embody all that encompasses your hip joint and how you can increase your range of motion and hip stabilization. This workshop connects your ankles, knees and your hips and how these joints work together to help you move better and run faster. Learn new rolling techniques and exercises that can be used as part of your pre-workout routine or your post-workout recovery.
