On June 29th at 6pm, the illuminate Speaker Series brought to you by Hospice of Santa Barbara presents: Navigating Re-entry Town Hall: How do we cope with the fears and anxiety during this time of transition from the pandemic? At 6:00 PDT. Join this virtual Town Hall as Santa Barbara Community leaders discuss the fears, anxiety, and questions that we are all dealing with as we contemplate a return to something like “normal” life before COVID-19. Panelist will cover key questions about life after the pandemic such as: What will the return to society look like? What will be expected of us? What aspects of life over the past year can we maintain? What of our health and that of our loved ones? Many of us are already experiencing stress related to these issues.
