Light Up A Life is an opportunity for all to join together as communities unite for one heartwarming virtual ceremony to remember and honor the many that are missed this holiday season. Although we will not hold in-person ceremonies this year, our traditional Trees of Remembrance with stars will be placed at the following locations: Santa Barbara (Lobero Theater), Montecito (Upper Village Green) Goleta (Camino Real Marketplace), and Carpinteria (Seal Fountain). With a donation you will be able to dedicate a star on our virtual Tree of Remembrance. You can showcase your star(s) with your loved one's name, photo and a special message from you! You can showcase your star(s) with your loved one's name, photo and a special message from you. Additionally, we will place our 4 traditional Trees of remembrance throughout the community where paper stars with their name will be hung. With your donation of a digital star, HSB staff will then create a traditional paper star, with the name of your loved one, that will be hung on a Tree of Remembrance at a location of your choosing.
