Hospice of Santa Barbara's 38th Annual Light Up A Life Virtual Ceremony
Join Hospice of Santa Barbara and Compassionate Care of Carpinteria for our 38th Annual Light Up A Life Free Virtual Ceremony on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM PDT. Light Up A Life is an opportunity for all to join together as communities unite for one heartwarming virtual ceremony to remember and honor the many that are missed this holiday season. We will hold its traditional celebration of reflection, speakers, poetry, music, and the lighting of the Tree of Remembrance. You will be able to dedicate a star on our Virtual Tree of Remembrance. You can showcase your star(s) with your loved one's name, photo, and a special message from you. Additionally, we will place our 4 traditional Trees of remembrance throughout the community where paper stars with their name will be hung. Instructions for dedicating a star can be found on our website. Although we will not hold in-person ceremonies this year, our traditional Trees of Remembrance with stars will be placed at the following locations: Santa Barbara (Lobero Theatre), Montecito (Upper Village Green), Goleta (Camino Real Marketplace), and Carpinteria (Seal Fountain).
