Breathe the Pelvis Workshop

This workshop is about finding the heartbeat of the pelvis, the inhalation and the exhalation of the pelvis. Through breath and spiral movements of the deep core, we recover our own deep stability from the core of the spine into and through the heart. The workshop is for building pelvic stability and for energetic balance. It draws from yoga, yoga therapy, Feldenkrais, Pilates, Nondual Tantra, and embodied anatomy. It is available to all levels and all ages.
