Explore yoga positions for labor, learn about your pelvic floor and the physiology of birth, and embrace the journey of pregnancy for a confident and fearless birth experience from experienced birthkeepers and mothers.

No prior yoga experience is necessary, all levels and trimesters are welcome!

This 2-week series is designed to give you the tools for a more empowered and easeful pregnancy, labor, birth and beyond.

Topics we will cover:

Preparing the body for an easier labor, birth and postpartum recovery.
Breathing and meditation techniques for calming the mind and promoting relaxation.
Understanding the pelvic floor muscles and their role in pregnancy and childbirth.
Exercises to strengthen and release tension in the pelvic floor muscles.
Yoga poses for each trimester, focusing on stability and alignment.
Positions for labor and birth that facilitate comfort and progression.
Assisted poses and massage techniques for pain relief during labor.
Exploring hospital and home or natural birth options.
Childbirth education and informed decision making to build confidence in the birthing process.
Sound healing and yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
