Aeolus Quartet: String Quartet Chamber Music Concert
Since its inception in 2008 at the Cleveland School of Music, the Aeolus Quartet has had a vision to share the permanent power of the string quartet repertoire with wide-ranging audiences. This all-American quartet has been awarded prizes at nearly every major competition in the United States and performed across the globe with showings "worthy of a major-league quartet”. We welcome the Aeolus Quartet back to SBMA with a performance which will include the Haydn Quartet in D minor Op. 76 No. 2 'Quinten', Wiancko LIFT for String Quartet, and Dvorak Quartet in G Major Op. 106.
