Adult Art Studio Class En Plein Air at Lotusland
Artists of all levels are invited to paint en plein air in the gardens inspired by the works Georgia O'Keeffe and Mimi Lauter currently on view in the Museum galleries. Teaching Artist Nicola Ghersen will lead an inspiring afternoon of exploring painting techniques to depict close-up views of organic forms using bold brushstrokes and delicate details.
A small printmaking station will be set up for those who wish to create a print of their finished pieces.
This program is a collaboration between the Santa Barbara Museum of Art and Lotusland to bring art into the Garden.
