2019 Santa Barbara County Economic Summit
Includes admission to the entire half-day summit, a copy of the 2019 Santa Barbara County Economic Outlook Report plus a continental breakfast from 7:30-8:30 AM. Featured speakers are: Neel Kashkari, President & CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, speaking on interest rates, monetary policy and the economy. He oversaw TARP in the early days of the 2008 financial crisis; Kathy Moe, FDIC Regional Director, speaking about growth cycles, financial innovation and cash-intensive businesses. She oversees the Western U.S., Guam and Micronesia; and Michael Cox, board member at Faciam Holdings, speaking about cannabis and the banking sector. The Santa Barbara County economic report will be delivered by Peter Rupert, Director of the UCSB Economic Forecast Project.
