Aerial Dance Workshop

Join Loren for a two hour workshop where we will learn the basic foundations of aerial dance. Class will begin with a 30 minute stretch, followed by a 15 minute full body warmup. Attendees will be divided into groups and rotate through the three apparatuses, learning warmups and poses on all three. The last 10-15 minutes of class we will have the opportunity to share one pose and take photographs if you wish. Attendees need to bring water, wear leggings and a tight fitted top that covers the body.
