A NEW ERA FOR DOWNTOWN BEGINS
Downtown Santa Barbara is embarking on a new era of revitalization with the launch of the Downtown Santa Barbara Improvement Association (DSBIA), a nonprofit established to enhance cleanliness, security, and business support.
The DSBIA will be rolling out expanded maintenance, security, and beautification services, along with refreshed branding and marketing efforts, including a new website, to create a more vibrant, welcoming, and economically strong downtown for residents, visitors, and businesses, ensuring a sustainable and thriving future for the heart of Santa Barbara.

1st Thursday Art Walk
Every 1st Thursday of the month from 5:00-8:00 pm
1st Thursday is an evening of art and culture in downtown Santa Barbara. On the first Thursday of each month, participating galleries and venues offer free access to visual and performing arts in a fun and social environment.
Venues feature attractions such as art openings, live music, artists' receptions, lectures, wine tastings and hands-on activities. We hope you will join us to enjoy our beautiful downtown and all that it has to offer!
